It says something about the vastness of the Never Summer range that this peak, spectacular and looming right over the road, has no name. But labeled or not, the descent is irresistible.
The "Outdoor Stairmaster," as DA called it: The day started out grey... ...but ended with blue sky and warm sunshine. The video tells the story. Climb, ski, satisfaction.

I've been visiting these guys as often as I can to watch for the little fuzzy ones. No babies to see, yet. Those big yellow eyes always see me before I see them.

It's nice to see winter go down with at least a little wimper with some snow in town and in the hills, too. DA and I went up to the pass on Saturday to investigate.
